Module 10 is the last module because it can sometimes be triggering for some women and it’s best to tackle this when you’re feeling as calm and relaxed as possible. Give yourself as much space to process as possible (and be extra gentle on yourself).
Take as much time as you can to process what is coming up for you, really take excellent care of yourself and cancel anything non-essential right now. If you have a partner, let your partner know you’re doing some processing right now and you need extra support at the moment. This is the time for lots of self-care. Baths, walks by yourself, lots of sleep, meditating, massage, soaking in sunshine, healthy food, lots of water, listening to the hypnosis tracks etc etc. When you’re working through Module 10, your mind can be processing for a few days in the background when you’re going about your daily activities. This can sometimes make you feel snappy or teary or have more emotional highs and lows than normal. This is all fine and means that you’re processing (it’s also totally normal to not experience any of that so don’t worry if you’re not experiencing any uncomfortable side-effects. Just know that if you are feeling a bit lower or teary when processing module 10, it is not necessarily a bad sign).
