Listen to each hypnosis track daily for one week and then move on to the next hypnosis track the following week. I.e. listen to the Module 1 hypnosis track every day for a week and then move on to the Module 2 hypnosis track the following week (and so on).
If there is a hypnosis track that you particularly love or connect with, it’s fine to listen to that instead of the weekly hypnosis track every now and then (just make sure that you’re predominantly listening to the hypnosis track designated for that week).
