Listen to the hypnosis tracks when you have space and time to rest, close your eyes and listen to the tracks in full (and you won’t be disturbed).
DO NOT listen to the hypnosis tracks when doing anything (especially driving or walking or working etc). Make sure your body is still and eyes are closed.
Most women find that listening to the hypnosis tracks at night before bed helps their body to wind down and relax for sleep (and they go on to feel incredible in the morning). However, others find that they prefer to wake up earlier in the morning and listen to the track when they wake (and this sets them up for a brilliant day).
Alternatively, you can listen during the day at any point as long as you are still, eyes closed and undisturbed.
You can sit upright, recline or lie down when listening to the hypnosis tracks.
