'Falling asleep' during the hypnosis tracks is the most common experience and is absolutely fine. In fact, in most cases you’re not actually ‘falling asleep’ but are in a very deep trance that feels like you’re asleep. If you find that you wake up at the end of the track, that is a sign that you were likely in a very deep trance and not asleep.
If you find that you fall asleep and don’t wake up even slightly at the end of the track, this is still absolutely fine because your subconscious mind is listening while you sleep (really!). If you find that this happens every time you listen to a hypnosis track (where you fall asleep deeply and don’t awaken even slightly at the end), then we recommend listening to each track at least once during the day when you are more ‘awake’ (i.e. sitting up and not right before bed) and then for the remainder of the week you can listen to the track at night while you sleep.
