Most women find that the hypnosis tracks help them to wind down and the tracks help them sleep deeply through the night. However, for some women, the track leaves them awake and energised after they have listened. If this is the case for you, you may wish to go to bed earlier than usual to listen to the track and then account for the extra time it takes you to fall asleep. Alternatively, you may wish to listen to the hypnosis track in another room before going to bed. Or, you may wish to listen as soon as you wake up or at a different time during the day. Experiment to see what works best for you.
